About the event
One hour at a time, learning the relationship skills that never came with the manual.
Reconnection Lab is a free, facilitated online gathering where people come together to learn practical, evidence-based relational skills that support healthier relationships and deeper connection.
Whether you're dating, rebuilding after a relationship ending, navigating a life transition, or working to strengthen an existing partnership, Reconnection Lab offers a welcoming space to slow down, reflect, and learn. Each session focuses on a micro-skill that can help you communicate more effectively, build trust, navigate boundaries, strengthen self-awareness, and create more meaningful connections with yourself and others.
This is not group therapy, nor is it a dating group. It is a relational learning space designed to help people develop the skills most of us were never taught about relationships.
Reconnection Lab is facilitated by Gillian Gish, MSW, RSW, a Registered Social Worker, mental health professional, and relational educator with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families.
Through her counselling practice and educational programs, Gillian helps people better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop the practical skills that foster healthier connections.
Because you're not bad at relationships. Most of us simply never got the manual.
