Eight years ago, Christine Monaghan created what didn’t exist. While naturally social, she was done with predictable networking — surface-level conversations and business card exchanges that went nowhere. It was a time and energy drainer. She wanted a better experience for herself and others: meaningful conversations, actionable ideas, and real, reciprocal referrals—done the right way. So she built it.
