Relationship Recovery

Most of us were never given the manual.

Love isn't enough. Every relationship faces challenges. The good news? Repair is a skill that can be learned.

Reconnection Blueprint

Reconnection Blueprint

A five-week guided experience exploring the relational patterns, emotional habits, beliefs, and attachment dynamics shaping your relationships. Together, we create a clearer understanding of your needs, values, patterns, and vision for healthier connection moving forward.

Relationship Recovery Intensives

For couples seeking more personalized support, Relationship Recovery Intensives combine relationship education with guided therapeutic support tailored to your unique relationship.

We begin with a comprehensive relationship assessment to better understand your strengths, challenges, relational patterns, and goals. Together, we'll identify the specific relationship skills that will have the greatest impact, creating a personalized roadmap for your work together.

Unlike traditional couples therapy, where sessions can sometimes become focused on refereeing conflict, our work begins with education. You'll learn the same evidence-based relationship skills, creating a shared language and practical framework that both partners can understand and apply. Depending on your needs and level of emotional safety, we may begin together as a couple or with individual sessions before bringing you back together.

From there, we focus on applying those skills to your unique relationship, helping you rebuild trust, strengthen communication, navigate conflict, repair disconnection, and create lasting change.

Sessions may include relationship education, attachment-based interventions, emotional regulation, communication and conflict skills, trust repair, boundary setting, and therapeutic exploration tailored to your relationship goals.

As services are provided by a Registered Social Worker, sessions may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits.
